02 — story

why a terminal

quiet checkout, loud yerba.

We wanted a checkout that respects the time it takes to boil water, and a homepage that respects the time it takes to read. An ssh shop happens to do both.

The first time we connected, the round had already started. Someone had filled the gourd, someone had passed it left, and the catálogo was just six lines on a black screen. We bought one bag and it arrived on a Thursday.

Now we run the shop. Same six lines. Same Thursday. We source from family secaderos and ship within sixty days of the mill. Cebar bien, drink slow, pass left.

06 — faq

answers

Do I need ssh to buy?
No. There's a web checkout if you'd rather. The ssh experience is the same store with a friendlier prompt.
Where is the yerba from?
Family secaderos in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, and southern Brazil. The bag tells you which.
What about international shipping?
Worldwide on Mondays. Customs paperwork files automatically; you'll see it in your shell.
Is my card safe over ssh?
Cards are handed to Stripe over TLS inside the channel. We see the last four, nothing more.
Can I gift a subscription?
gift <email> instead of subscribe. They'll get an ssh invite by mail.
07 — harvest notes

letters from the secaderos

four or five times a year, when something is worth saying. milling dates, new origins, the occasional brewing tangent. no upsells.
